Two services, two paths, one call to start.

Both begin with the same fifteen minutes. After that they run differently, they are billed differently, and neither one requires the other. Pick the one you are considering.

Works with the site you already have, whoever built it. Billed as a one-time setup fee and then a monthly plan, with no deposit-and-balance split.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    15 minutes

You tell us where inquiries reach you now, roughly how many you get, and whether you have a list of past customers sitting in your booking software. No pitch, no pressure.

    What we need from you

    • A rough sense of monthly inquiries and average job value
    • Fifteen minutes

    What you walk away with

    • A straight answer on whether answering faster would move your numbers
    • An honest no if your lead flow is too thin for it to pay
  2. 02

    Scope and rules

    Same week

We agree exactly what the assistant may say and where it must stop: your hours, your location, the offer, your booking link, and the handoff points that send a thread straight to a person. All of it in writing before anything is switched on.

    What we need from you

    • Your hours, service area and booking link
    • The questions customers always ask, and the ones only your team should answer

    What you walk away with

    • A fixed-price proposal with the setup fee stated up front
    • The written rules the software will enforce, not a policy anyone has to remember
  3. 03

    Wiring and consent

    Before a single message sends

We put the chat assistant on your site, connect your existing form so new inquiries arrive the moment they are submitted, and register your business number for texting. If you want reactivation, we import your past customer list and verify the consent basis on it first. Contacts we cannot verify are never messaged.

    What we need from you

    • Access to your current site, form or booking tool
    • Your customer export, only if you want the reactivation side

    What you walk away with

    • A consent-verified list and a number cleared to send
    • An audit trail that starts before the first message goes out
  4. 04

    Go live

    Then around the clock

The first reply starts going out within seconds of every new inquiry, from your number, at any hour. Quiet hours, opt-outs and follow-up caps are enforced by the software rather than by anyone remembering to follow them.

    What we need from you

    • Nothing. This is the part that runs without you.

    What you walk away with

    • Every lead and every human handoff emailed to you as it happens
    • The 9pm inquiry booked that night instead of left on voicemail
  5. 05

    Report and adjust

    Every month

Leads in, replies sent, threads handed to your team, appointments booked. Real numbers rather than a projection, so you can judge for yourself whether it is paying for itself and tell us what to change.

    What we need from you

    • Ten minutes to read it, and a note if the rules need to move

    What you walk away with

    • A one-page report you can audit
    • Rules adjusted on your say so

You own what you pay for

The domain is registered in your name from day one, and on full payment the site itself is yours. Your business number stays yours throughout, and every conversation the system handles is logged and exported to you on request. If you ever decide to leave, we hand you a static export of the site at no charge.

Start at step one, either way.

Fifteen minutes. We will tell you which of the two would move your numbers first, and we will say so if neither would.
