Questions, answered straight.
No fine print games. Here is how pricing, ownership, scope, and timelines actually work. If something is not here, ask us on the call.
Pricing and terms
Builds are fixed-scope and quoted on a short call, so the number is anchored to what more inquiries are actually worth to you rather than a generic list price. The monthly retainer tiers are public on the pricing page, starting at $149 a month.
50% deposit at signing and 50% on launch, both invoiced through Stripe by ACH or card. Retainers bill automatically each month by subscription.
Yes. Builds are a simple fixed-scope agreement. Retainers are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, so you can stop any time.
Nonprofits get 20% off any retainer tier.
Ownership and hosting
You own your domain, always, and it is in your name from day one. While the retainer is active you have a full license to use the site. If you ever leave, we hand you a static export of the site at no charge.
We handle hosting under our account. Hosting, backups, and security updates are all included in the retainer, so you never get a separate hosting bill.
You can leave any time. We provide a static export of the site at no charge, so you are never locked in.
Scope and services
No. We are web design plus technical maintenance. We do not write content, manage social media, run ads, or manage your Google Business Profile. We are glad to point you to specialists for those.
Small changes: updating hours, swapping a photo, changing copy, adding a section. Each retainer plan includes a set amount of edit time per month. Anything larger is quoted before it starts, never absorbed silently.
We will audit it for free. If it is doing the job, we will tell you. If it is not, we will show you what one extra qualified inquiry per week is worth and what a rebuild would change.
Process and timeline
Two to three weeks from deposit to launch for a standard build. Add time for larger multi-page layouts or a new photo shoot.
Yes. We build a free mockup before any pitch, and you review a mid-build draft before launch, so there are no surprises.
The retainer pays for the work after launch: hosting, security and software updates, performance monitoring, reports, and a set number of edits each month. It is not a payment plan for the build.
Let's see if we're a fit.
Fifteen minutes. We share what one more qualified lead per week could mean for your revenue and what a build would change.
