Questions, answered straight.
No fine print games. The two services are billed differently, so the answers are grouped by which one you are asking about. If something is not here, ask us on the call.

No. They are priced and sold separately and neither one needs the other. Lead conversion works with the site you already have, whoever built it. A build works whether or not you ever add the answering. Plenty of businesses take one and never take the other.
Yes, and it is in writing before any work starts. Builds are a simple fixed-scope agreement. Lead conversion and maintenance plans run on a term we agree together up front. Nothing renews or escalates on a term you have not seen.
Not the ongoing kind. We design and build the site, we run the technical maintenance behind it, and we operate the lead response system. Technical SEO is part of every build. We do not write ongoing content, manage social media, run ads, or manage your Google Business Profile.
We will audit it at no charge and tell you honestly whether replacing it would move your numbers. Either way, lead conversion can start on the site you have now. It does not need a rebuild first.
Nonprofits get 20% off any retainer tier. If we built your site, or are building it, the lead conversion setup fee drops from $999 to $299.
Lead conversion
Lead Conversion is $1,299 a month, Client Reactivation is $799 a month, and the two together are $1,799 a month. There is a one-time setup fee of $999, reduced to $299 if we built your site. The setup fee is invoiced at signing and the plan then bills monthly by subscription. There is no deposit-and-balance split on this side; that belongs to the build.
That is what the AI Chat Assistant is for, and it is the cheapest way in at $399 a month, with the same setup fee as the other plans: $999, or $299 if we built your site. A chat box sits on every page of your site. The visitor leaves a number, the conversation moves to text, and it carries on after they close the tab, which a chat window on its own cannot do. It answers your hours, location and offer, hands anything it should not answer to your team, and carries the same consent wording and opt-out rules as everything else we send. It is included in Lead Conversion and in Both.
Yes, and we do not need to rebuild anything. Your form keeps working exactly as it does now. We connect it so that every submission also lands in the system the moment it arrives, and the reply goes out within seconds. That setup is our job, not yours. If we built your site, the wiring is simpler still.
That is the whole point. Most leads go cold because the reply comes the next morning. The first reply to an inbound lead goes out in seconds around the clock, with your booking link, so the 9pm inquiry can book that night instead of leaving a voicemail. Everything after that first reply respects quiet hours, and outbound campaign messages always do.
Consent comes first. We only message people who agreed to hear from your business, and we verify that consent basis when your list is imported. Opt-outs are honored instantly and permanently, campaigns stay inside polite hours, and every message is logged, so there is a full audit trail of who was contacted and when.
It stops and hands the thread to you immediately. The assistant sticks to booking logistics: your hours, your location, what the offer is, and your booking link. Anything outside that lane, including prices it has not been given, ends the automated replies and comes to you with the conversation attached. It is built never to guess at an answer to keep a conversation going.
No. Anyone who guarantees bookings from a list they have never seen is guessing. What we commit to is the mechanism: every lead answered in seconds, every campaign run inside consent and compliance rules, and a monthly report showing what was sent, answered, and booked. You see real numbers and decide whether it is paying for itself.
Your business number stays yours and the replies go out from it, so customers never see a strange number. Every conversation is logged, emailed to you as it happens, and exported to you on request. If you stop, the number is untouched because it was always yours.
Web design
Builds are fixed-scope and quoted on a short call, so the number is anchored to what more inquiries are actually worth to you rather than a generic list price. Payment is 50% at signing and 50% at launch, invoiced through Stripe by bank transfer or card. After launch the monthly retainer takes over, starting at $149 a month, and it bills automatically by subscription.
Two to three weeks from deposit to launch for a standard build. Add time for larger multi-page layouts or a new photo shoot.
Yes. We design a real page from your actual brand, photos and offerings before you have paid anything, and you review a mid-build draft before launch, so nothing is a surprise on launch day.
Small changes: updating hours, swapping a photo, changing copy, adding a section. Each retainer plan includes a set amount of edit time per month. Anything larger is quoted before it starts, never absorbed silently.
The retainer pays for the work after launch: hosting, security and software updates, performance monitoring, reports, and a set number of edits each month. It is not a payment plan for the build, which is settled at launch.
Ownership, hosting and leaving
Yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one and stays there, and on full payment the site itself is yours, along with the content you supply. Only our underlying tools and messaging platform stay ours, licensed to you for the term of the agreement.
We handle hosting under our account. Hosting, backups, and security updates are all included in the retainer, so you never get a separate hosting bill.
You can, on the terms we agreed up front. We hand you a static export of the full site at no charge, and we export your conversation logs if you were on a lead conversion plan. There is no off-ramp fee and nothing is held hostage.
Still have a question?
Ask it on the call. Fifteen minutes, and we will tell you honestly which of the two services would move your numbers, or whether neither would.
