You own your domain. While the retainer is active, you have a full license to use the site code. If you ever leave, we hand you a static export of the site at no charge.
We handle hosting under our account. Hosting, backups, and security updates are all included in the retainer. You never get a separate hosting bill.
The retainer pays for the work after launch: hosting, security and dependency updates, performance monitoring, monthly reports, and a set number of edits each month. It is not a payment plan for the build.
