Leveled Studio is operated by Leveled Apps, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, operating as Leveled Studio ("we," "us"). We build and maintain websites for local businesses, and we operate an AI lead conversion and client reactivation service that sends and receives text messages on their behalf. This policy describes what information we handle, why, and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

For our AI lead conversion and client reactivation service, we handle mobile numbers and contact details from three sources: a form you submitted on a participating business's website, the caller ID delivered when you called a participating business and nobody could answer, and customer contact records provided to us by the participating businesses we serve. These records can include name, mobile phone number, email address, and general visit history (for example, the date of a last appointment). We also keep records of the text messages sent and received through the service, consent status and its source, opt-outs, and appointment bookings made through our booking links.

We do not collect health, medical, or treatment information, and our messaging assistants are designed to refer any medical questions directly to the business rather than discuss them.

Website contact and quote forms

We design, build, and operate websites for client businesses. When you submit a contact or quote form on one of those sites, your submission (typically your name, contact details, and message) goes directly to the business you are contacting. We process those submissions only as a service provider for that business: we do not use them for our own marketing and we do not sell them. The same applies when you contact us or book a call through our own site: we use the details you submit to respond to you.

How we use information

Information from the messaging service is used solely to operate that service for the participating business that provided it: verifying consent, sending and receiving text messages, assisting with appointment booking, honoring opt-outs, and reporting campaign results to that business. We use service providers such as messaging carriers, cloud hosting, and scheduling platforms to deliver this service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose. The service providers who carry the messages for us, such as messaging carriers, cloud hosting, and scheduling platforms, act only on our instructions to deliver the service and are not third parties for this purpose. Information provided by one participating business is never used for another business.

Analytics on this site

This site, leveledstudio.com, uses Vercel Web Analytics to count which pages are read and which buttons are used. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after twenty four hours, so it cannot recognise you on a later visit or follow you to any other site. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load. Neither is used for advertising, and we do not sell or share what they collect.

We do not record your screen or your typing, and we do not use session replay anywhere on this site.

The chat assistant on this site, Vixa, is an AI. What you type into it is sent to our own server and to Anthropic, which provides the model, in order to produce a reply. It does not ask for your name or phone number and we do not store the conversation. Do not type anything into it that you would not put in an email.

Browser settings or extensions that block analytics scripts will stop the measurement described above, and nothing on this site stops working if you use them. This section covers our own site only: sites we build and operate for client businesses are covered by each of those businesses' own policies.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to permanently opt out of that program's messages. You may also contact us at the email below to request access to or deletion of your information, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep records for compliance purposes (for example, records of your opt-out).

Data retention and security

Records are retained while the participating business remains a client and as needed for legal compliance, then deleted. Access to systems is restricted, and every consent change, message, and opt-out is logged in an audit trail.
